What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service rep (Fraud & Claims) position at DISYS?
Responsibilities:
- Customer contact is made through inbound and/or outbound calling to complete investigation. May also involve contacting third parties for research.
- This position will entail reviewing online alerts for possible fraud on customers’ accounts.
- There will be outbound phone calls to check in with customers that have these alerts. Once fraud is shown it’s valid, agent must create a case for a claim while freezing the account in question.
- This will be on average an 80%/20% split on investigative work/phone calls.
Interview: ASAP
Interview Process: One phone interview with 1-2 managers
Shifts:
Training will be for 6 weeks, and it will be an 8am – 4:30pm schedule
After training there will be 2 shifts:
Sunday – Thursday 11am -8pm with an hour lunch
Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 8pm with an hour lunch
