Job Title: Customer Service Tech
Location: Geismer, LA 70734 100% onsite, no remote capabilities currently
Duration: 6 months, with extension
Shift Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-05PM
Must haves:
- Will provide in-person deskside customer service on all desktop hardware and software applications Includes, but not limited to, software and hardware support via deskside support or remote support.
- Candidate would be required to diagnose a hardware problem, order part(s), and swap part(s).
- At least 2 years of desktop support in person within an enterprise or corporation Strong Desktop and Laptop knowledge, hardware and software, Active Directory, Office 365.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
