This is a contract to hire opportunity with lots of room for growth! We are seeking candidates who have flexible availability as you will be required to work earlier hours.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Perform various sorting, finishing, and/or fulfillment duties in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assembles packages and documents to be mailed.
- Matching checks to documents, putting together policies and booklets, and sorting incoming documents for processing.
- Work in several computer systems to update information, process requests, and review documentation.
You must have:
- Prior mailroom, customer service, data entry/processing, or document handling experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Ability to pass background check.
- High school education (College education preferred!).
Additional qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Desire to learn and ability to take initiative.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
