Customer Care Representative-
Regular Full Time

Join the DiVal Safety Equipment team in our Buffalo, NY headquarters as a member of our fast paced and dynamic team. The focus of this position is to actively engage and provide superior service to our external and internal customers.
In this position you will be the first point of contact for DiVal’s outside sales team’s customers, delivering the highest level of proactive customer service while maintaining workflow.
- Proactively make and return calls specific to your Sales Rep’s territory efficiently and professionally, making customer centric decisions to keep the customer for life.
- Proactively update and increase product knowledge.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges and contract pricing through the mainframe (AS400) system.
- Enter sales quotes as requested by customer within 2 hours of receiving the request.
- Coordinate expedites & Obtain proof of delivery.
- Process new item requests (NIR) submitted by Sales Reps.
- You have a passion for the Customer Experience and helping businesses become more successful.
Skills and Requirements -
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
- Microsoft Office and CRM experience a plus.
- High School diploma / GED equivalent with 1 years prior sales / customer service preferred.
