Shifts can start between 7:30am and 9am and will be 8.5 hours
40 hour work week, may have an opportunity for O.T.
Join the DiVal Safety Equipment team in our Buffalo, NY headquarters as a member of our fast paced and dynamic team. The focus for the HR Recruiter/Admin is to facilitate the recruitment process and help support the HR department.
Duties and Responsibilities –
- Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the role available, industry standards, and the needs of DiVal Safety.
- Responsible for all job postings, and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and facilitates the interview process with the assistance of the hiring manager and stake holders.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and recruitment sessions.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the training team, and management to facilitate the onboarding process
- I-9 administration
- Assist with HR initiatives to improve the employee experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
