Data Analyst
Location: Wilmington DE/ Plano Tx - RTTO : Day 1 Only Local candidates

We are look for Data Analyst to
Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards
Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team
Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities
Experience
Knowledge of lending processes and products
Experience working with a Encompass home loan origination system. We should mention various loan origination sub domain
Proficiency in industry-standard processes and methodologies
A bachelors in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
Knowledge or experience in managing compliance
Data analysis between systems that produce data and people who consume data. This will involve identifying any gaps, errors working with the producer and consumer of data.
Analysis, comparison, and rationalization of unstructured data and thousands of data elements. Structure large data sets to find usable information
Work with autonomy to analyze verbatim(raw) content and summarize to provide thematic outputs(actionable insight in bullets) and clear directives to groups who will take action based on feedback received. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
Ability to summarize complex data in a clear output for senior stakeholders and program partners
Using data, provides actionable recommendations to partners and stakeholders based on learnings and trends as well as industry best practices. Reports based on recommendations and finding
