" Prior experience as QA lead for a medium/complex size of program is MUST.
" 8 Yrs hands-on QA experience
" To drive the QA test deliverable (Test case design, Test execution (Intg&E2E) and publish a daily QA testing status report to the project team with transparency
" Defect management process 2 Yrs experience using JIRA; Drive defect triage meetings, collaborate with tech team to ensure the defects fix and track for closure
" Drive offshore and onsite QA daily meetings (accomplishments for the day, plan for the next day and discuss the challenges and mitigation steps for the offshore team)
" Participate in project status meetings to share the QA updates ; communicate the challenges/risks with mitigation options, if any.
" Ability to build good rapport with IT Tech and Vendor teams (like Salesforce) throughout the QA testing phases.
