Experience in a Service Desk Analyst role / IT Support in a global organization. : 5 years.
Flexible for rotational shifts (between 5am to 5pm CST) / Flexibility in shifting schedules : Yes.
Experience in delivering customer service through multiple channels including Inbound and Outbound calls, chat and Self-service. : 4 Years.
Experience Identifying and diagnosing issues and problems : 3 Years.
Proficient in supporting problem identification : Yes.
Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and Server PCs and MacOS support : 4 Years
TCP / IP networking, DNS, and printer configuration : 3 Years
Ticketing Tool, ServiceNow, Active Directory : 3 Years
Networking : 2 Years
Communication Skills : Good
