- Will be responsible for the development of core system configuration
- Should be able to configure Application UI and flow designer
- Develop integration and process automations using workflow capabilities and flow designer
- Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of integration hub and APIs.
- Customize ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts, workflows, and orchestration activities
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
- Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Coordinating Servicenow application and platform upgrades
- Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
- Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
- Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
- JavaScript knowledge
- Understanding on MID server integrations with Okta or AD
- Good communication skills
- Should communicate clearly, responsively, and purposely with customers and team members.
