Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall, vinyl flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, type calls. Work performed in a grocery store environment. Must be drug free and have a valid drivers license and clean driving record to operate company vehicle.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, clogged drains, etc
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills
