What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registration Coordinator position at Diversified Holding Co?
The Registration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of registration site creation and onsite logistics for assigned events. The coordinator will work closely with outside vendors, staffing agencies, as well as in-house departments to coordinate all registration-related matters.

What you will do:
- Responsible for the creation, quality assurance, and ongoing testing of multiple online event registration pages
- Strategize with event teams and vendors to achieve registration goals
- Troubleshoot registration related issues
- Provide registration assistance to both internal and external customers
- Build custom registration reports
- Work with Registration Manager on invoice processing
- Create onsite registration layouts and staging guide documents that provides all signage, internet, electrical & furnishing requirements
- Research & contract with area staffing agencies
- Coordinate and finalize temporary staffing needs for assigned events
- Travel to events to manage onsite registration process and temporary staffing
- Assist in responding to incoming customer inquiries via a centralized team email inbox.

- Foreign language skills
Travel is required (3-6 weeks/year) and may include international travel.
Salary : $34,700 - $43,900
