Job Posting for Sales Operations Administrator/CRM Admin at Diversified Machine Systems Llc
The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing systems to further support the business. This opportunity is to grow and develop the CPQ tool around our company priorities as well as for developing and improving our CRM tool to incorporate new machine models, pricing and manage other critical data. Job duties consists of:
Configure, maintain, and enhance the CPQ and CRM systems to support business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and CPQ-related issues; Be the main point of contact for CRM and CPQ related bugs, fixes and enhancement requests.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the CRM and CPQ tool supports internal business requirements including complex approval rules.
Work with Sales and Finance to ensure data in all forms is correctly captured and usable for reporting/analytics.
Flex as needed with the Sales network to aid and support in Administration tasks.
Continually review the quoting process to identify and implement improvements; Assist in the quoting process as needed to maintain the approved proposal format as well as quote accuracy
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for future CRM and CPQ enhancements.
Develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and updates.
Be proactive in suggestions to best practices and process solutioning, training & support.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and other Sales Support roles.
Maintain CRM & CPQ office hours; Manage and develop community portals.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Experlogix CPQ releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field AND/OR relevant experience with CPQ and CRM tools.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in CPQ administration and/or a business analyst
Strong understanding of CPQ processes and potential customizations.
Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired:
Certification in CPQ.
Experience with Reporting, analytics, and CPQ integrations.
Knowledge of sales processes and challenges.
Experience working with CPQ & Billing Implementations and CPQ Pricing Calculator
Experience with Experlogix CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
