Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers is looking for an Admissions Coordinator for our award-winning mental health programs that have specialized treatment programs serving children/adolescents across multiple sites in Pennsylvania. The company is expanding and operates multiple inpatient residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization, and other outpatient sites.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Admissions Coordinator will be reporting to the Director of Admissions and Contracts, maintaining referral relationships with school districts, managing Medicaid, teachers, juvenile probation, and providers through excellent customer service during the referral and admission process.
The candidate, at times, will be required to travel to conduct clinical interviews.
The Admissions Coordinator will conduct interviews to determine the appropriateness of our Partial Hospitalization Programs and, at times, our Residential Programs. They will also be responsible for program admissions and completing necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
- • Demonstrated experience working with referral sources in child/adolescent mental health treatment.
- • Understanding of Child and Adolescent Residential services and Outpatient services.
- • 3 years of child/adolescent behavioral health admissions experience in Pennsylvania
- • Experience working with Managed Care Organizations is a plus.
- • Bachelor’s Degree; Masters preferred
- • Excellent communication skills and group presentation skills
- • Experience in/at any of the following a plus: Admissions, Utilization review, Residential Treatment, Adolescent behavioral health, Clinical interviewing, UHS, Universal Health Services, Acadia Healthcare, Belmont Behavioral Hospital, Friends Hospital, Foundations Behavioral, Fairmount Behavioral Health System, Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital, Horsham Clinic, Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Behavioral Health Center, Brandywine Hospital, KidsPeace, George Junior Republic, Warwick House, Penn Foundation, Childrens Home of Reading, MCES, Keystone Center, Project Transition, Phil haven, Bryn Mawr, Sequl Youth & Family, Kirkbride Center
