What part will you play? The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap for our Media & Workplace Business Unit, working closely with cross-functional teams including Go to Market, Innovation, Legal, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver and maintain innovative and market-leading solutions. What will you be doing? Drives and secures the development, performance, and profitability of an attractive portfolio which reflects market demand and our customer needs by industry.  Develop customer-centric strategies to achieve category growth, increased market share, sales, and profitability.  Collaborate with the Leadership Team to enhance and execute a global product vision/strategy based on deep customer & market intelligence.  Lead customer & business intelligence and analytics function (i.e. competitive analysis, market intelligence, demand mapping, customer needs states, customer profiling, etc.) to identify and develop prioritized strategic initiatives, product differentiation and value propositions that inform the overall go to market strategy for each category.  Work cross functionally to turn customer and business intelligence into a go to market strategic approach and partner with local Country Managers to operationalize the roadmap.  Align with customers on key category initiatives and partner on strategic solutions that leverage organizational capabilities to create maximum value.  Develop key initiatives and programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results – KPIs that reflect customer behavior and intelligence, along with aligning to marketing and sales goals.  Oversee sales forecast and lead pricing process across each category.  Engage economic/forecasting services to understand macro-economic conditions and guide future revenue projections.  Proactively identify growth/risk opportunities with customers and communicate findings to sales team.  Project manage new product/offering launches working with both marketing and customer success colleagues.  Offering Planning Analyze Competitive Landscape Create the Product Strategy Know the Customer Size the Market Opportunity Offering Portfolio Development Accelerate Time to Market Build Compelling Customer Experiences Differentiate Products Prioritize Offering Investments Offering Introduction / Launch Collaborate to Drive Business Communicate Offering Value Manage Offering Launcho     Package Offering for Best Impact Price Offering for Best Impact Offering Lifecycle Management  Measure and report on the Financial Objectives Coordinate Solution Management deliverables w/ GCC  Collaborate w/ Innovation and Development teams on feature enhancements. Offering Leadership Improve Cross Department Collaboration Measure Offering Performance  What do we require from you? Bachelor’s degree required.  A minimum of 7 years leadership experience developing and executing growth plans, and customer insights leading to go-to-marketing strategic initiatives.  Product/offering portfolio life cycle management  Understanding of business intelligence and analytics tools and methodologies used to identify and assess new growth opportunities.  Customer-facing sales, analytics, or sales-support experience a plus  Experience creating and tracking marketing measurement and testing disciplines.  Knowledge of pricing strategy, promotional development, and execution
