Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will contribute to the team at Divert by creating the visuals and imagery that bring our mission, vision, values and services to life. Their work will rely on defined brand assets and guidelines to increase the resonance of our existing efforts, driving deeper interest and more conversions. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience creating visuals that can clarify complex topics. As a highly collaborative team member, they seek to understand the subject matter and audience, and are thoughtful about how to bring topics to life visually.
Responsibilities
Designs and produces Marketing visuals for digital and print applications, including infographics, whitepapers, iconography, social media graphics, posters, billboards, digital advertising and more
Provides design support for the broader organization, including customer presentations, internal company communications and more
Works collaboratively to understand design requirements
Drives design concepts through internal approval processes
Owns the brand visual ID and ensures visual consistency across company creative
Manages and organizes digital assets for the organization
Requirements - Applicants must include a link to a portfolio of relevant work (embedded in resume or cover letter) representing 3-4 years of work experience, and;
A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience producing designs within the bounds of a brand book
Independently producing high volume/high quality work to meet deadlines
Able to give, receive and integrate constructive feedback

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
