We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Divine Savior Ministries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience and a deep alignment with Christian values. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional educators and staff who share our commitment to academic excellence and Christian principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
- Deep understanding and alignment with Christian values and principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network within Christian communities or organizations.
- Experience working in a Christian educational environment.
- Certification in HR or recruiting-related fields
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with the school's mission and values.
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that reflect the requirements and ethos of the institution.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to actively source and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Christian principles.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities within the Christian community.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to track progress and optimize recruiting efforts.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up emails at the end of the recruiting process.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assist the Human Resources Director with other related duties as assigned.
