About the role – you will:
- Provide administrative support to Vice President and Directors within electronics supply chain management for general administrative duties.
- Coordinate activities between departments and performs clerical or support tasks typically in support of professional and/or management employees, such as, calendaring and support site/staff meetings.
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations and coordination.
- Have ability to migrate professionally and politically with coordination among executive admins across various sites.
- Manage travel, expense reporting.
- Some travel may be required to support functions at various Seagate sites
- Arrange and manage executive meetings with other functional administrators
About you:

- Have substantial understanding of general administrative responsibilities, and apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Able to take initiative when warranted; require little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Your experience includes:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written skillsets
- Ability to interact in a widely diverse environment with professionalism
- Prior years experience working as an Executive Assistant

- Experience putting together professional proposals and managing travel budgets
