Description
We have an immediate opening in our Operations team for Warehouse Manager in our Nevada, Las Vegas location. The Manager is a key decision-maker on all aspects of our warehouse, including storage, inventory, logistics, distribution, transportation, hiring and training. They help maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes by working closely with the Burlington, Ontario and Toledo, Ohio Warehouse Managers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- Proficient in inventory and warehouse management systems
- Supply chain management experience
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong work ethic, willing to learn and ensure the company is successful, and customers are satisfied
- Knowledge of excel
- Forklift license
- A minimum of 3 years of directly comparable work experience
- High school diploma

Major Responsibilities*
- Help establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Help manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Manage the intake of items to be stored in the warehouse
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
- Prepare loads to be shipped and assist in loading trucks with outgoing items
- Communicate with upstream and downstream partners to coordinate arrival and shipment of products, while managing inventory and space
- Train staff
- Maintain security of the warehouse, loading dock, and surrounding area
- Keep up to date on the latest safety regulations and adhere to safety codes, such as WHIMIS and MSDS
Salary and Benefits
- $70,000.00 annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation annually
- a performance merit, the equivalent of up to 15% of your salary
- eligibility to participate in a health care benefit program.
