Exciting Opportunity: Travel Sous Chef
Location: San Diego
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary: Join our client's dynamic culinary team as a Travel Sous Chef based in San Diego! This role involves extensive travel to provide top-tier culinary support for our client, preparing exquisite meals for the Principal, extended family, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master a range of culinary styles and cuisines.
- Expertly pair wine and food.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Collaborate with estate managers and culinary teams.
- Design menus and develop recipes.
- Manage food inventory and procurement.
- Pack and manage food for travel.
Skills and Competencies:

Required Qualifications:
- MUST be local to the San Diego area.
- 4 years in upscale dining or private clubs.
- Experience working as a personal chef with high-net-worth families preferred.
- Supervisory experience in culinary teams.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- US Passport for domestic and international travel.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50.38 - $52.45 per hour.
