Service Technician

DMC Facility Services is a fast-paced, family-owned company, seeking a Service Technician to join our team. Candidates must have experience with general carpentry, painting, drywall repair, caulking, etc. Plumbing and electrical skills are a plus. Technicians are required to have their own basic hand tools. A DMV and background check is required of all new applicants.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of trade-based experience;
• Able to perform high-level, quality work in compliance with local codes and industry standards;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Able to utilize a tablet-driven work order system;
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally;
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Participate in a rotation for on-call off hours service.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License;
• Individual must have reliable transportation & their own trade tools;
• Able to lift 35 to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
