Our ideal candidate is a versatile individual who thrives in a competitive sales environment. We are looking for an aggressive, organized, and self-motivated technical sales professional from Olive Branch or surrounding areas. Must be prepared to be very active with some overnight travel. This position will require you to periodically roll up your sleeves, and get your hands dirty, as you provide training and product demonstrations at outdoor job sites. At the same time, you will enjoy some “downtime” with clients while building relationships.

Requirements:
- Success selling utility, mechanical, electrical, industrial, or technical products, with the ability to translate their sales talent to our target market, the power/utility industry.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, along with intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong work ethic, and ability to work in all environments
Responsibilities:
- Meet regularly with existing customers, and prospects
- Travel to job sites to evaluate current and future projects
- Perform tool and product demonstrations, customer training sessions
- Exhibit at trade shows
- Forecast sales, and ability to meet projected goals
- Develop innovative sales strategies and periodically evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend conference calls, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory
