Title: Human Resources Generalist
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Location: DMG MORI USA
Hours: Core Business Hours
Classification: Exempt
Travel: 10%

Essential Job Functions:
A Human Resources Generalist proactively supports multiple functions of the Human Resource Department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily and must be able to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Update and maintain US employee database ensuring accuracy at all times (includes ADP, KRONOS, PIS, etc.)
- Ensures compliance with Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and E-Verify; periodically performs audits on Form I-9
- Maintain and update personnel files and electronic records
- Proactively support full cycle onboarding of new hires
- Provide authorized information from employment file for employment verifications
- Perform reoccurring Audits on HR systems and databases
- Partner with HR Managers to maintain positive corporate culture
- Partners with departments to assess and implement process improvement initiatives
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Plan full cycle reoccurring Area Sales Manager training sessions
- Prepare and maintain all US employee databases
- Point of contact for all levels of employees to respond to HR related questions
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resource experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Proven experience to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
- Proven flexibility with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week or more
- Solid attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High level of integrity and proven ability to maintain and protect confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Positive approach and strong work ethic, specific to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Proven experience to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with both written and verbal with internal and external customer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Experience with ADP preferred
Work Environment:
General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.
Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
Occasional: Business travel. Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
