About the Opportunity
DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for an Desktop IT Support Engineer to support our client in MD.
General Description: Actively work with development team to assist in setting up laptops, installing software, providing technical support, analyzing hardware and software efficiencies, and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Duties:
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- An Associate degree or certification in Computer Science, Maintenance, Telecommunications, Certified Network Engineer, or a related field is preferred.
- A or MCP certification is preferred.
General Experience:
