DMJ Home Health Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients in their homes. The RN will be responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and their families. The ideal candidate will be open to developing relationships outside of the norm. The nurse will provide care that is consistent with the patient’s needs and will support their goals and dreams. We are looking for an experienced RN who can provide quality, comprehensive, holistic nursing care.
Projected Coverage Zone
- We are looking to add a member to our team that is willing to travel to meet patients in need. We want to minimize your travel and maximize your earning potential each day, so we can assist in building a schedule that works for you.
Pay Structure
- All clinical staff is paid per visit.
- Our rates for RNs range from $55 -$125 per visit, based on the type of visit.
- DMJ does not cap the number of visits, so the amount you make is up to you.

Responsibilities
Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible treatment and advice
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts in a timely fashion
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Supervise and train nursing assistants
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
Skills
Proven experience as a registered nurse; 1 year experience is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods; health & safety guidelines; health & safety awareness training is a must
- In-depth knowledge of health & safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.)and willingness to follow them at all times
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate with a great sense of urgency and detail
- Outstanding organizational skills with ability to multi-task
