DNV Energy’s Electrical Engineering team is growing rapidly. Our team is comprised of highly skilled electrical engineers performing work on all phases of renewable project life cycles: owner’s engineering, preliminary design, interconnection services, technical due diligence for new construction and repowering, and construction monitoring for the wind, solar PV, and energy storage projects.
We are seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team. The Project Scheduler skillset will both shape the direction and application of expertise to services, as well as complement a group of highly skilled, Senior- and Principal level engineers making a daily impact in the development, design, and construction of projects. The Project Scheduler, depending on skillsets and interest, will perform a wide variety of tasks applying experience and training in project management in support of the design, development, and construction of renewable energy projects.

What You'll Do
- Create, monitor, review and efficiently distribute project tasks and schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice between Engineering and internal company stakeholders
- Report information appropriately to allow Engineering disciplines to manage their projects and deliver on time and within budget
- Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution
- Coordinate - tasks, meeting updates, and deliverables between Engineering disciplines and Project Management teams
- Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work for control and integrity of final deliverables
- Create, structure and/or review Engineering project proposals to go out for bid
- Work closely with technical experts, project managers and project engineers
- Timely and cost-effective performance of duties
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner while interacting with a variety of people in a corporate culture and within diversified situations
Position Qualifications
What is Required
- 2-5 years’ experience scheduling for workflow activities or equivalent experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or related field in lieu of experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good analytical and planning skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work quickly and effectively within a team setting under pressure and to provide clear direction when required to do so
What is Preferred
- Minimum one (1) year computer experience utilizing Windows system
- Experience working with ClickUp scheduling app or comparable project management application
