Local Unit & Position Description
Develop and create sales opportunities to achieve overall sales and marketing objectives in industrial and oil & Gas market.
Obtain market intelligence to support project sales activity to increase winning rate. Discover and develop new markets related to company service portfolio. Establish high trust relationship with clients.
1. Monitor competitors’ movement and provide marketing intelligence information.
2. Execute business strategies & formulate action plans to create potential sales pipelines.
3. Attends sales enquiries, tenders and/or technical clarification.
4. Prepares tender submission including deviations, if necessary.
5. Performs market analysis, proposes competitive price structure and respectively for commercial conditions.
6. Assist and support management to execute and manage on:-
- Daily activities.
- Project Execution work
7. Monitors project’s progress, individual customer’s payment behaviors, assists credit controller in dealing with bad paymaster.
8. Obtain feedbacks including complaints/compliments from clients.
9. Business trip around Malaysia (it depends on client's request but once-twice a month)
Position Qualifications
- Pleasant personality, good communication / English languishes (writing and speaking) and presentation skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude, willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of corporate sales experience in related industries and proven track record in business development & sales growth and strategies accounts management.
- Exposure to industrial segment especially O&G upstream & dawn stream. and large production plants.
- Sales experience in industrial, e.g.: Industrial materials, oil and gas services, Industrial Equipment
