Job Title Service Sales Leader, Ultrasound North America (US- Remote) Job Description Services Commercial Leader leads the overall business strategy creation and operational execution of a Services business across Businesses within a Market. Services Commercial Leader reports to the Market Services & Solutions Delivery Leader. Your role: Develop annual strategic and tactical Service Sales business plan ensuring “buy in” from applicable stakeholders to meet and exceed annual goals for service sales contract revenue. Collaborate with all Service Marketing and all other relevant stakeholders to develop strategies for new markets, customers, and services to ensure Philips is an effective long-term competitor. Position Service Sales to respond to market requirements and implement initiatives to support Customer Services strategies to grow market share. Execute sales plans and forecast; track results and take necessary corrective action to meet Service Sales revenue targets. Develop and foster relationships with key customers (e.g., Corporate and Government Accounts). Plan and develop processes and tools to support forecasting, quoting, customer data & activity and other sales operations processes. Implement and manage marketing programs and promotions for all Service Sales products to achieve and exceed targets. Establish good management practices throughout the Service Sales business. Establish controls to ensure the sales plans and forecasts are met. Implement effective processes to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Adhere to ethical standards and compliance with all applicable laws. Meet and exceed the expectations of customers through the Service Sales cycle. Provide leadership to the Service Sales Directors and their direct reports on actions and process improvements that result from customer feedback. Manage Service Sales strategy for entire Service Sales portfolio. Meet and exceed orders target in a timeline necessary to achieve ROFO and AOP. (sales $1.0B, order $1.3B) Responsible for full Service Sales Revenue. Hold the Service Sales Directors accountable to achieve sales targets. Manage discount practices, sales processes and resources in a manner that balances customer requirements with business needs for optimizing financial performance. Ensure the organization is staffed appropriately. Hire, develop, and manage staff to achieve the highest possible levels of productivity and performance. Establish a systematic course of performance management for self and team members to assure accomplishment of specific objectives and raise Service Sales to a “world-class” level. Create and maintain a great place to work and a positive work environment as measured by the Philips Employee Engagement Survey. Provide leadership to create the cultural changes required to ensure the Service Sales organization is competitively positioned, by creating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) awareness, managing change, modeling and institutionalizing Philips values and behaviors, and other methods. Provide leadership and set the example for teamwork and cooperation between the sales, service and Operation departments. Cross-departmental team goals include equipment sales, equipment orders, service revenue and combined controllable expenses. Meet and exceed orders targets to achieve Revenue AOP Manage Service Sales strategy for Multi-Vendor service contracts business - $100 MM, complex offerings, each customized, some of our largest customers Manage workforce planning, staffing and retention within Sales team Co-develop new Services offerings with Service Marketing Develop Services Sales compensation plans You're the right fit if: Four-year college degree, required; Master’s degree in business, preferred. 10 years minimum of related experience in healthcare sales leadership Service Sales business experience is Required, Ultrasound knowledge/experience Preferred Experience with driving large, complex, multi-solution deals, required.
