This position
The Partner Events Program Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, coordination, scheduling, production, management, and reporting of Partner Event and Feedback-related programs and initiatives. They need to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and experience across all programs and events executed across the globe. These programs will support DocuSign's Tiered Partner Program across multiple partner types, including System Integrators (SI), Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and Resellers. This role requires a passion for events, content, and data with a strong background in analysis, tracking, and reporting.

The Partner Events Program Manager is part of the Partner Experience Organization that rolls up to Customer and Partner Success Operations. This position works cross-functionally with various departments and global teams including Partner Communications, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, Partner Program Leaders, Partner Solution Architects (PSA), and various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the company.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Partner Programs and Experience and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Partner Webinar Program, which will deliver 7 webinars per month across various Program, Product, and Partner Success topics
  • Collaborate with various SMEs in order to deliver valuable content and presentations to address partners' needs and gaps in order to support our GTM initiatives and goals
  • Plan and schedule webinars, ensuring we have agendas solidified 6 weeks in advance
  • Build event registration pages to be included on DocuSign.com and Partner Portal, owning registration management end-to-end
  • Coordinate tech checks and speaker rehearsals
  • Produce virtual webinars, ensure that the session is run smoothly, stick to the agenda and time allocations, run the moderated Q&A, and overall make sure partners have a great session and viewing experience
  • Coordinate with Partner Communications to promote upcoming events in our communications channels in order to drive partner contact registrations and attendance
  • Produce summaries and reports of webinars completed which include attendance, poll results, feedback, and Q&A
  • Produce internal Partner Success Training webinars which are designed to help Partner Success and Account Managers stay up-to-date on new tools, resources, and programs released each month
  • Work with the Director of Partner Experience to help execute Partner Day at Momentum, DocuSign's flagship annual event and conference
  • Develop and manage detailed, complex, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with defined objectives
  • Own the Voice of the Partner (VOP) Program, which is a global program designed to get our top partners engaged in order to gain valuable feedback that we can take back to the product, program, operations, and experience teams
  • Deliver quarterly Partner Focus Groups, designed to bring together practice and strategy leaders to guide DocuSign on strategic initiatives to better support the partner relationship and improve our partner programs, processes, resources, and benefits
  • Deliver quarterly Technical Advisory Board sessions, designed to bring together technical, delivery, and product leaders to guide DocuSign on product input and requirements
  • Expand VOP to all regions of the globe across all partner types
  • Own and drive the Annual Partner Satisfaction Survey, which aims to gather feedback about DocuSign's Partner program, comparison to competitors, and areas for improvement
  • Own the Product Feedback Tool that allows partners to highlight issues, product limitations, requests for enhancements, etc. to DocuSign
  • Drive product surveys occasionally to gather specific feedback on DocuSign products and delivery integration
  • Work with the APAC Partner Programs and Marketing Coordinator to scale programs within that region
  • Build out additional programs as needed to meet GTM and organization needs

Basic qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in related areas of program or project management, event management, content management, or marketing

Preferred qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant work experience in related areas of program or project management, event management, content management, or marketing in the tech industry
  • Proven Program and Project Management skills
  • Experience with event planning and execution, both in-person and virtual
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple projects at once with different stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to track content delivery from speakers and gather content (titles, abstracts, PPTs, demos) in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in managing Zoom platform for meetings and webinars, staying current on updates and features
  • Experience managing and coordinating a master calendar of events and programs
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets creating pivot tables, managing large data sets, and turning data into visuals for presentations
  • Proactive in identifying ways to improve processes and operations to support our partner experience
  • Management skills including leadership, ownership, adaptability, self-motivation, and organization under pressure
  • Ability to work remote-first in a rapidly scaling organization
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $105,400 - $145,000 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits
