We are seeking candidates for a Supply Chain Specialist role. Compensation for this temp opportunity is $21.00 per hour.

What you’ll do as an Administrative Assistant :
- Use purchasing, planning, and material management software to organize and track material, equipment, and maintenance parts
- Set up and update equipment in the ERP system
- Work closely with equipment buyers to generate purchase orders to manage and track third-party equipment needs
- Retrieve, review, and process vendors invoices
- Code invoices to ensure prompt payment to vendors
- Support the department’s need for ongoing invoice review and processing for payment
- Engage team members to lend help balancing the workload of duties outlined above
What you need to become an Administrative Assistant :
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask with frequent changes
- Ability to work independently while managing and meeting deadlines
- Ability to learn new software systems and achieve proficiency in each
- Must be able to maintain confidential information, and act in a professional manner
