Our client in Stuart, Florida, is searching for a dedicated Private Chef to be a pivotal part of his household team. The spotlight will always be on using organic, sustainable, and top-tier ingredients. Your routine will primarily involve crafting Healthy lunch and dinner and ensuring there's a consistent supply of wholesome breakfast options, snacks, and juices. Our client enjoys a wide variety of cuisine, including Ethiopian, Indian, French, Italian, Chinese, etc.
If you can intuitively sync with our client's dietary needs and have a passion for crafting flavorful, healthful, plant-based dishes, you may be a great candidate for this role.
The hired chef will also work closely with our client's Nutritionist and enjoy a friendly work environment surrounded by nature!
This is a very casual household; every day will be different! Some days the hired chef might serve dinner and other days they may leave foods behind for the principal to serve himself.
- Schedule: Predominantly Monday-Friday with flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend requests

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lunch and dinner for one adult and occasional guests.
- Responsible for providing healthy, sustainably sourced, and organic food.
- Prepare breakfast items, snacks, and juices.
- Prepare food items for an airplane.
- Prepare food for days off.
- Set dining table, casual table service.
- Work in collaboration with the client's Nutritionist on weekly menu planning.
- Manage grocery shopping for the household pantry and fridge/freezer.
- Ensure meals follow specific dietary preferences.
- Cook for occasional dinner parties and household events and bring in additional help as needed.
- Help with planning vegetable and herb gardens!
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with healthy cooking; a degree/certificate from a healthy cooking program is strongly preferred. Your resume needs to clearly show that you have deep, specialized experience in cooking health-focused food.
- 2 years of experience working in a private home as a full-time private chef and 5 years of experience in high-caliber restaurants.
- Proven understanding of and expertise in diverse cuisines, with a specialization in plant-forward cuisine.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a well-stocked and clean kitchen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the principal and team.
- Technically skilled with a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to undergo an in-depth background check and reference check upon hire.
