What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Data Entry Clerk position at Domino's Franchise?
Our local Franchisee started with just one store in Liberty, TX and now we operate in four States. Our top-of-the-line customer service and quality pizza could not be contained to simply one location, we now have 58 stores across four states! Our leaders build and inspire teams to bring our customers a unique Domino’s experience one pizza at a time.
Team DAKS is looking for an HR Data Entry Clerk to oversee activities of multiple Domino’s Restaurants in and around the Alabama area. The HR Data Entry Clerk reports to the HR Manager assists with recruitment, and provides administrative support to all employees.
- Maintenance of compliance activities including new hire paperwork, MVR, labor compliance, background checks, etc
- Communicate with candidates regarding additional information requirements to proceed in the hiring process
- Assist with Time and Attendance
- Assist in screening telephone calls and resolving routine calls
Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR or related field.- Experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking.
