Delivery Driver

**Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics and transportation industry and be comfortable operating a variety of vehicles, including box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers. The role requires a focus on customer service, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our clients. The position involves working in a warehouse environment and operating forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently load and unload products. **Duties:** - Safely operate a range of vehicles, including box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers, to transport goods to customers. - Load and unload products from warehouses using forklifts and pallet jacks. - Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety and regulatory standards. - Manage the movement of products from the warehouse to the delivery site, ensuring the efficient use of time and resources. - Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure they are in good working order. - Drive courteously and safely, adhering to traffic laws and regulations. - Manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. **Experience:** - Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a related logistics or transportation role is essential. - Experience operating box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers. - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service. - Familiarity with warehouse operations and the use of forklifts and pallet jacks. - Experience with courier services is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects. - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record. **Skills:** - Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers. - Experience with warehouse operations and the use of forklifts and pallet jacks. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Proven experience in the logistics and transportation industry. - Experience with courier services. - Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects. - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
