Here’s how our pay works: Shift Managers & Assistant Managers earn $13.00-$18.00/hr. + bonuses. We have a proven system that can take you from hire to GM in less than a year.
What do we want from you: reliable, honest, lead by others and by example, be available to work 40 – 50 hour per week
Requirements:
* At least 18 years old * Must have ServSafe Certificate or be willing to become certified. * Meet Image standards. * Must have a valid driver’s license * Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, as emergencies arise, and to open and/or close the store. * Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving. * Flexible working hours; requires working weekends, days, and evenings. * Constant working with the public and employees in a high-volume environment. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
