Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Monitoring: Consistently evaluate sales results to pinpoint improvement opportunities and align with business objectives. 🔍
- Partnership Building: Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and implement impactful advertising campaigns. 🤝
- Experience: 5 years in automobile sales, with at least two years in a management position
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. Proficiency in CRM software
