Responsibilities
Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Deputy Program Manager to support the execution and oversight of critical government programs.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in program management within a government context, a TS/SCI security clearance, and a demonstrated ability to handle complex project dynamics. This role is vital in ensuring that program objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management of similar size and scope.
This role requires a deep understanding of government operations and regulations. The Deputy Project Manager shall be available on an on-call basis, if the Senior Program Manager is not available to the client either in person or by telephone 24/7/365.
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the program. Support the development and implementation of program strategies, plans, and objectives
- Coordinate program activities and resources, including scheduling, budgeting, and task management. Ensure alignment with program goals and deliverables
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration to support program success.
- Monitor and manage program budgets. Provide financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making and ensure resource efficiency
- Identify and address potential risks and issues affecting program execution. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff. Assist in managing and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and adherence to program objectives
- Ensure program activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards. Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, performance, and outcomes
- Support the Program Manager in strategic planning and decision-making. Contribute to the development of program goals and strategic initiatives. Ensure program activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

Qualifications
What we are looking for in your resume:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of program management of similar size and scope
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience on contracts in a secure government environment of similar size and scope
- Possess at least at least one of the following certificates:FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM IFMA
- Meet with client to take and clarify requirements of facility projects
- Track project perfomance, specificallyto analyze the successful completion of short-and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with client and contractor personnel
- Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent orgaizational skills
