Job Information
As an Extended Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of extended warranty, promotional warranty & planned maintenance programs. This entails dealer & field support as it relates to systems & processes, data analytics, invoicing, special term quotes, program terms & condition inquiries as well as training.
Role & Responsibility
Systems & Processes:
- Complete needed system set-up to support promotional warranty programs and other plans outside of standard warranty
- Help drive process efficiencies within warranty operations through development of new tools and processes
Data Analytics:
- Perform data analytics on extended warranty metrics to help drive improvements and answer inquiries
- Assist with ad hoc reporting needs from both internal and external stakeholders, and develop new reports based upon business need
Terms & Conditions Inquiry Support:
- Be one of the main points of contact to address dealer and field questions on extended warranty, promotional warranty and planned maintenance applicability, terms and conditions
- Help define and drive changes needed in this area
Invoicing & Support:
- Support daily application processing & invoicing
- Assist with dealer issues & inquiries to ensure proper processing is completed promptly
- Help drive efficient invoicing processes and procedures
Training:
- Assist with training efforts with dealers and field staff to ensure a high level of competency regarding the Extended Warranty & Planned Maintenance programs
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or technical field with related business experience preferred
- Associate degree and 3-5 years’ related experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
- LSS Yellow Belt certification; Green Belt certification a plus
- Experience Required: 2>5 years
- Travel Required: <10%
- Construction equipment industry knowledge
- Experience in project execution
- Effective verbal & written communication skills; training experience a plus
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective relationships across the company
- Strong analytical background
- Fluency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary : $46,100 - $58,400
