Over the past 3 years, we have helped over 5000 businesses add a NEW approach to direct mail to their annual marketing strategies.
For years, direct mail has been approached the wrong way.
In the past, companies have had to use very outdated strategies to send 1000's of postcards and spend 10’s of thousands of dollars per campaign to get results that “kind of” worked.
The issues with the current approach to direct mail:
Manual and outdated processes
“Shotgun” approaches to targeting customers
Lack of automation and technology
Little to no tracking

- Make postcards go out to the neighbors of their jobs automatically from their CRM
- Execute industry specific strategies to help grow their business with direct mail and print

- Order print items for their business like Yard Signs, Door Hangers, Business cards and much more

The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Director of Internal Marketing & Organic Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind DOPE Marketing’s organic online presence.
You’ll oversee the creation and distribution of daily content that resonates with small and medium-sized business owners, our ideal audience.
Your mission? Grow Dope Marketing’s social media following to over 100,000 engaged followers and continue to build our CEO Dave Carroll's personal brand to 100,000 followers across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust content strategy that aligns with Dope Marketing’s brand, voice, and goals. Leverage our existing library of thousands of videos to create compelling daily content.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, and any emerging platforms. Post 5-7 videos daily, including reels, stories, and organic posts. Our paid ads team runs our traffic. You will not be reaponsible for running paid ads.
Create and Manage Marketing Calendar: One of the first priorities of this role is tp create the Q4 and Q1 markwting calendar for DOPE. You will collaborate our CEO and Paid Ads team to develop the marketing calendar for DOPE’s organic stratgies and growth.
Podcast and Social Live Management: Manage the scheduling, creation, editing and distribution of our internal podcast DOPE Conversations, Caffeinated Conversations and other Live videos for DOPE’s content and online presence.
Personal Branding: Work closely with our CEO and other leadership team members to enhance the personal brands of individual team members at DOPE, ensuring consistent messaging and growth across all platforms.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our video editors and graphic design team to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications for this position:
- Proven experience in social media management and organic growth, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong background in video content creation and editing.
- Exceptional understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Leadership and Management experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. This is not an entry level postion
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
