Merchandising Associate

About this role: We are seeking a creative, analytical and organized Merchandising Associate with experience in new brand partner acquisition and relationship building to join the Dopple family as we grow at lightning speed. The successful candidate will approach the business with a “think outside of the box” mentality, looking for opportunities to implement and improve processes within Merchandising. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of brands, both new and current, managing all with timely communication to ensure we remain in stock in key categories and sizes. This role will require new brand acquisition, pitching, and delivering an amazing experience to our brand partners at every interaction. You will be an integral part of the Merchandising team, reporting directly to the Director of Merchandising. You will frequently liaise with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Styling & CX. Bonus points if you bring new and amazing brand contacts with you!
