ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
1. Implementation: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
2. Selection: Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.
3. Compliance: Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
4. Data Analysis: Collects and analyzes data to evaluate effectiveness of advertising. Will also track applicant interviews scheduled and kept, offers made and accepted. May present data to senior leadership team on a recurring basis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· Ability to sit for up to 8 hours in a day.
· May be required to stand for up to 2 hours per day.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on occasion to move file boxes.
· Some duties may be performed in a refrigerated manufacturing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
