POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking an experienced Sales Representative (Entrance Systems) to join our Sales team. This position is responsible for the overall sales and profitability performance in their territory. The key elements of this role are to provide sales growth in the assigned region, consistently drive profit growth, maximize satisfaction of customers served by the branches, and develop consistent line of repeat business that delivers opportunities for scalable growth.

**This position is a Remote role**

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Develops a territory plan and account plans to manages the assigned territory
  • Grows the number of planned maintenance contracts and end user specifications for the territory
  • Works closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings with them on site and via phone
  • Works closely with dormakaba personnel to captures planned maintenance agreements after new product installations
  • Sells applied entrance solutions direct to the end user
  • Keeps records of sales activities
  • Keep constant communications regarding forecasting to local branch management
  • Maintains current technical product-related knowledge and stays abreast of industry/territory knowledge and trends. Adapts to change in the marketplace
  • Uses Salesforce.com as outlined by AVP of Sales as a means of tracking and measuring individual and team sales activities and progress

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school or greater
  • 5-10 years of industry experience
  • End user sales experience preferred
