POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Sales Support Manager to join our Sales team! This position is responsible for leading a team who provides support to the sales organization by assisting with sales procedures to promote accurate data and accelerate close rates and time to close. The Sales Support Manager supports all administrative work related to the sales process. This includes working in both SalesForce.com, our ERP systems, and various others. The Sales Support Manager is the champion of workflow management for the team and ensuring all tasks are completely timely.
**Remote – US (Ideal candidate will be located in either Orlando FL, Indianapolis IN, or Detroit MI)**
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES
- Champions process improvement
- Prioritizes workload for the sales support team
- Coaches team to effectively complete assigned tasks with high attention to detail
- Builds processes to support the Sales Support team in building accounts, contacts, opportunities, and quotes in the CRM for the sales organization
- Maintains and builds reports and dashboards in salesforce as requested to manage performance
- Supports the VP of Sales in coordinating events and tradeshows
- Completes special projects as requested
- Filters through inbound leads and send to the appropriate seller
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required
- Must have experience managing a team
- Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered
- Must have SalesForce.com experience
