Service Technician - Remote

POSITION OVERVIEW

Service Technicians install door hardware and access control systems keeping our most important buildings safe and secure. The ideal person for this role will have a passion for delighting customers beyond basic expectations, to create strong customer relationships.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20.00 - $35.00 (Pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES

• Installs dormakaba hardware & access control systems in commercial buildings
• Project a strong customer service image through professional presentation and communication with all customers
• Communicates with Sales and Service management about customer concerns and sales opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid current driver’s license
• Mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Electrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plus
