Double Dogs Cannabis is hiring a cultivator assistant at our Four Corners grow loction. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting. This position includes: Cutting and transplanting palnts, watering, labeling, managing inventory data input, plant care, weighing, stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools. Packaging and trimming may be needed during peak times.
Responsibilities
- Must hold or obtain a Montana marijuana worker permit
- Assisting with plant cultivation in indoor and greenhouse environments
- Following all state mandated regulations pertaining to the cultivation of cannabis
- Manicuring plants per the company's standard operating procedures
- Harvesting
- Repopulating grow rooms
- Transplanting
- Fertigation
- Nursery care
- Ability to spray pesticides and foliar applications
- Ensuring equipment is operating properly and bringing issues to management's attention
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Disposing of cannabis waste and debris in compliance with state regulations
- Cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools
- Sweeping/mopping
- General facility cleaning
- Additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work individually and on a team
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open and willing to help with other tasks as needed

Must be 21 or older to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
