Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential end users to be placed on their vendor list.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize software tools, such as CRM, to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments, as needed.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using software tools for lead tracking and customer management
