What you will do
SWEP Human Resources Manager is a business partner providing strategic and operational support for leaders and employees. HR Manager serves as a day-to-day resource for all employee matters. Develops and implements HR strategy that aligns with the business needs and objectives. HR Manager is responsible for creation and implementation of policies, procedures, initiatives and ensures consistency of application and compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Collaborates with managers to evaluate and determine full time and contract staffing needs and participates in the recruiting, selection and onboarding processes for external and internal candidates. Oversees and coordinates programs on company culture and positive employee relations. HR Manager partners with leadership to assess and develop talent and determine employee training needs and coordinates training. Provides coaching and development for managers on annual people processes including performance management, succession planning, reward and recognition. Manages employee relations and investigations. Partners with Dover on payroll process, benefit programs and other shared services.
Your background
Bachelor's degree Human Resources or related business discipline
Certification in Human Resources preferred
6 years relevant work experience in progressive HR roles in industrial/manufacturing
