SUMMARY : Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of MSO customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
The MSO Account Representative will be the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer expectations.
Assist in the management and development of MSO customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships. Responsible for meeting the operational needs of assigned MSO customers.

Job Specifications :
Education and Experience : College graduate with bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering preferred.
5 or more years in an account management environment with limited travel. Must be able to handle a wide range of tasks, see an opportunity and develop it.
Must be able to educate and motivate field sales organization, as well as all internal personnel to realize goals.
Communication Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to write proposals using original or innovative techniques or style.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Oracle and PRMS or related business systems software;
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of Salesforce.com is required.
