We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Baker. As a Lead Baker you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the bakery's daily operations, managing the production process and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. If you are passionate about food and and providing exceptional service to customers, we want to hear from you!
Experience
Lead Baker, Clerk III -
- Minimum of six months of baking experience.
- Kitchen equipment knowledge and good knife skills preferred.
- Previous natural foods retail experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, utilizing recipes and basic measurements.
- Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.
Starting Pay
- Lead Baker, Clerk III – $20 per hour
