Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. Requirements include a book keeping or an accounting background and be proficeintly experienced with Microsoft software. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the capability to sell health insurance. A health inurance license is important as well.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Follow company policies and procedures for quality assurance

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
