Dozer Health, an established insurance agency in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking 3-5 licensed health insurance agents. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success as a closer in a high-pressure sales environment, specifically selling private health insurance to customers under 65, and holds a valid health insurance license. We are willing to invest in the right candidate with licensing & to provide training on our proprietary health insurance sales system, offer unlimited warm leads, and set them up for a prosperous career selling health insurance. We provide leads, equipment, training, and a fun/ competitive environment that you will look forward to daily! Location: Indianapolis, IN
Key Responsibilities:
Selling private health insurance to customers under 65.
Utilizing our proprietary health insurance sales system.
Managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Demonstrating punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
Active license with at least six months of experience selling health insurance.
Either a:
2-15
or
2-40
Or
A demonstrated track record of solid sales numbers in a related telephone-based high-pressure sales industry:
- Moving brokerage sales
- Vacation sales
- Timeshare sales
- Car sales
- Advertising sales
- Marketing sales
- Precious metals sales
- Drug treatment admissions
- Financial services sales
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation to and from our Indianapolis , IN office
Compensation:
Top agents make over $3,000 weekly, with significantly higher earnings during open enrollment.
A draw of $600/week to help you get started, ensuring at least $600 in weekly earnings if hired.
