The Job Duties
- Conduct a wide range of preventative maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform repairs, and ensure all systems are operating efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and addressing them in a timely manner.
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of contractors and vendors for larger repair projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment.
Our Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- HVAC Certification a plus!
- Proven experience as a residential maintenance technician or similar role / experience
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Knowledgeable normal everyday maintenance Plumbing, painting, landscaping, electrical
- Prior Property Maintenance experience preferred.
- Prior knowledge of electrical power usage, light fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, filter changes, pool maintenance, appliance repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting install/repair window coverings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
